![]() Join me this Saturday, October 5, 2012 at my studio (located upstairs at Winter Street Studios, room #14) for the Annual Fall Artist Exhibition at Winter and Spring Street Studios The public is invited to the Annual Fall Artist Exhibition at Winter and Spring Street Studios where you will find some of Houston’s finest art in the First Ward Art District on Saturday, October 6 from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. A variety of art works will be showcased—paintings, sculpture, ceramics, glass, mosaic, photography, mixed media, and jewelry. Free admission and complimentary valet parking is available. Wine, water and light bites will be served. Wear your most fabulous art chic fashions and join us for a gala evening of art. Both Winter and Spring Street Studios are located in industrial buildings repurposed to serve Houston’s professional art community. Together, they house the largest collection of artists in Texas. These buildings, while often used to host major art related events held regularly in Houston, including Fotofest, Artopia, Modern Arts Market, Art on the Avenue, WHAM and 2nd. Saturday Open Studios, will be used to focus on the art that is created within their own walls. Over 110 artists will enthusiastically greet you in their personal studios. Feel free to ask the artists about their particular technique, scheduled exhibitions, career history, and of course, keep in mind—all art is for sale. |
